Copper Lodge · Gatlinburg

Where the whole family finally fits under one mountain roof.

Copper Lodge is an 8,000+ square foot luxury vacation rental in the Chalet Village North community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It sleeps 26 guests in 8 private bedrooms, and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

The whole house is yours. Nothing inside is shared, and your stay includes access to three private community clubhouses with seasonal pools, year-round pickleball and tennis, basketball courts and playgrounds.

Mornings start at the coffee bar with the Smokies in every window. Afternoons split off: the kids in the game room, someone on the Peloton facing the ridgelines, grandparents riding the elevator up to a quiet suite. Evenings end around the stone fireplace, or rotating between the hot tub and the barrel sauna as the stars come out.

It's built for family reunions, milestone birthdays, multi-family vacations, and mastermind groups and corporate retreats, with everything thought through so you can focus on the people, not the logistics.

The pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pickleball and tennis courts are open year-round, 24 hours, and there are basketball courts and playgrounds.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock. You'll receive a unique access code before you arrive, so there's no need to coordinate a key handoff.

How old do you need to be to book?

The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and must be part of the stay.

Are parties or smoking allowed?

No. Parties, events that exceed the occupancy limit and smoking are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Will we see bears?

Possibly. Chalet Village is one of the best areas in Gatlinburg to see wild black bears. Keep a safe distance, never feed them, and keep your vehicles locked.

How do I contact the hosts?

Call or text Tim and Bree at 865-789-1950, or send a question through the booking form on this page. They usually reply within an hour.

Is Copper Lodge good for mastermind groups and corporate retreats?

Yes. The great room seats the whole group, there is dining for up to 26 indoors and out, fast Wi-Fi with desk workspaces, a 100-inch TV in the game room, and a private chef or catering can be arranged. The flat driveway fits a group bus, and the sauna, hot tub, gym and pickleball courts make for easy downtime between sessions.

Can you arrange a private chef or catering?

Yes. Ask Tim and Bree about a private chef or catering when you book.

Are longer stays and mid-stay cleaning available?

Yes. Stays of 28 nights or more are welcome, and housekeeping is available once a week for an additional fee.
